Return / Refund Policy
Due to the nature of vintage items all purchases are final, and refunds and returns are not possible. Before you purchase, please double check the measurements, product description, and images carefully. Don't hesitate to contact us at hello@glitzyclub.com if you need to confirm additional details with us. We're happy to help ;)

Please note that Glitzy Club cannot assume responsibility for expenses incurred due to returned packages resulting from unclaimed shipments or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. In the event that a package is returned to us, please be aware that the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee, as the original shipping label will no longer be valid. We will reach out to the customer and provide a link to repurchase the shipping label. Please keep in mind that the original shipping and processing fees are non-refundable. If the customer chooses not to purchase the re-shipping label or if the package is refused by the intended recipient, a restocking fee of 20% will be applicable to the purchase.

 

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@glitzyclub.com as soon as possible. Cancellations are subject to order status. If cancellation is approved, a 10% restocking fee will be charged. Thank you for your understanding.
